Throughout his career — working as a manager of nine-figure projects in the Brazilian Army, through internationally awarded research on complexity at the University of Manchester, to postdoctoral studies in organisational efficiency and AI at Lancaster University — he consolidated his certainty that excellence demands pragmatism and evidence.

As an award-winning researcher, former consultant, visiting lecturer at UnB and visiting researcher at Lancaster, he works at the intersection between academic cutting edge and the practical demands of the market and the public sector. He helps executives and leaders move beyond shallow knowledge, applying established methodologies and state-of-the-art technology to boost organisational efficiency and deliver concrete results.
